為體恤繁忙的食品從業人員可以不用在固定的時間上課，此平台設計為開放15天內學員可隨選即看，可不限次數觀看，影片受訓紀錄最少應達2小時30分鐘，若符合資格者可獲得食藥署核可衛生講習時數三小時。
To accommodate the busy schedules of food industry personnel, this platform allows on-demand access within 15 days with unlimited viewing. A minimum of 2 hours and 30 minutes of video viewing is required to receive 3 hours of TFDA-approved sanitation training credit.

New Version of Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) Guidelines – Sanitation Training

⇒課程流程Course Procedure：
1.報名完成後，聯絡人信箱會收到"報名通知"裡面有匯款帳號及隨選視訊課程網址
After registration, the contact person will receive a “Registration Notice” email containing the payment account details and the on-demand course link.
2.繳費完成後，點選隨選視訊課程網址輸入身分證字號、姓名、匯款日期、末五碼點選開始測驗-前測-觀看教學影片-後測-滿意度調查
After payment, access the link and enter your ID number, name, payment date, and last five digits of the remittance number, then proceed with Start Test → Pre-Test → Watch Videos → Post-Test → Satisfaction Survey.
3.課程影片可在15天內不限次數重複觀看，授課總時數最少應達2小時30分鐘，即完成本次訓練
Videos may be viewed repeatedly within 15 days. A minimum of 2 hours and 30 minutes of viewing time is required to complete the training.

此課程有食藥署核可3小時衛生獎習時數，有設計前後測兩個考試。
This course includes two tests and provides 3 hours of TFDA-approved sanitation training credit.
前後測皆可查看成績，後測成績需達60分以上，成績不及格者"提交其他回應"可重複考到及格為止。
Both tests allow score review. A minimum score of 60 is required for the post-test; if you fail, you may retake it using “Submit another response” until you pass.
⇒注意事項 Notes
1.結訓條件：需依照指示完成課程前測►觀看影片►後測►滿意度調查，核發3小時時數，影片授訓記錄累積應達2小時30分鐘，以上不包含前後測測驗及滿意度調查測驗時間，如有依照指示完成本次訓練者，次月七個工作天內核備上個月完訓的學員資料，如有急需上課時數可先提供"上課證明"
Completion requirements: Follow instructions to complete the pre-test → video viewing → post-test → satisfaction survey. A minimum of 2 hours and 30 minutes of video viewing is required (excluding test and survey time). Participants who complete the training will have their information submitted for TFDA verification within seven working days of the following month. A temporary proof of attendance can be issued if hours are urgently needed.
2.完成繳費後，開放15天(24小時制)，可於期間內重複觀看課程影片，並依指示完成結訓條件。
After payment, the course is available for 15 days (24-hour access). Videos may be viewed repeatedly, and all completion requirements must be met.
3.本公司衛生講習恕不提供書面證書，請點這邊「食藥署食品衛生安全課程資訊管理系統-從業人員學習護照」，於次月第三週左右，輸入身分證字號，日期空白直接按查詢，即可查到該學員歷年的課程紀錄，按查詢後按產製時數清單，可以下載證明或存檔。謝謝您！
Our company does not issue paper certificates. Please visit the “TFDA Food Hygiene and Safety Course Information Management System – Employee Learning Passport.” Around the third week of the following month, enter your ID number (leave the date field blank) to view your training records. After searching, click “Generate Hours List” to download or save your proof of training.
4.請將此信箱training@fsi.net.tw設定為聯絡人，防止收不到信件之問題或進入垃圾信件，本課程重要通知以Email進行，無法收發Email者，本公司不負責另外通知。
Please add training@fsi.net.tw to your contact list to avoid missing emails or having messages sent to spam. Important notifications are sent via email; if you cannot receive emails, we are not responsible for alternative notifications.
5.發票於繳費完成後15個工作天內寄到聯絡人信箱，選擇紙本發票會依報名時提供資料寄送。
Invoices will be emailed to the contact person within 15 working days after payment. Paper invoices will be mailed according to the information provided during registration.

Because this is an online course with immediate access, once the course is approved and the pre-test becomes available, refunds cannot be issued. Please be aware.
